Chris then realized he had something in his back pocket. He could connect Backtrack to Otter.ai to get a great transcription of what’s said in his meetings - AFTER it's been said and without combing through hours of recordings/transcripts.
After every conversation now with clients or teammates, a Backtrack recording goes to a corresponding folder and automatically gets transcribed with Otter. This way there’s a written record to go along with what was said so his team can easily search and find it.
